Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy – Aathmasphere

At Aathmasphere, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Please review our policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

Product Return & Exchange:

Product return is not available; however, in the case of size issues, exchanges for purchased items are allowed. You may exchange a maximum of 2 products per order for the required size.

Refund Policy:

Refund is applicable only if the product is not delivered within 15 working days of order placement.

Keep in mind:

Product colors or prints may slightly differ from the online mock shown due to digital media variations. We do not accept returns or cancellations based on this discrepancy.

Ensure accurate orders for size, design, and color, as cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the order is processed.

Product Replacement:

If the product is damaged upon delivery, follow these steps:
Send a video/image of the damaged item to info@aathmasphere.com.
If the package is open or tampered, refuse acceptance and notify us at info@aathmasphere.com for necessary replacement arrangements.

In compliance with Indian standards, please note that certain variations in color or print may occur between the displayed product and the physical item received.
Verify your order details thoroughly before processing, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed.
